    Sponsorship & Promotional Opportunities
Sponsorship & Promotional Opportunities Now is the time to take advantage of the opportunities presented to your business or organisation through one of Welsh League football clubs. We have a range of sponsorship packages structured for both business and individuals, catering for a range of budgets and would be proud to have you on board. Taking advantage of any of our competitive sponsorship packages will not only be benefiting your company, but will also be providing the club with some much valued revenue. Sponsorship funds are primarily directed into: • The improvement of all of our junior and senior teams • The development of football for the community • Other club-based improvements and enhancements. Sponsor’s Network: We encourage not only our supporters to use our sponsor’s companies, but also all our sponsor’s to use each other’s services, furthermore encouraging local companies to do business with each other. We are also more than willing to contact our other sponsor’s on your behalf in order to assist you in promoting your business. Packages • Team/kit sponsorship (Senior and Junior Teams) • Pitch perimeter banner advertising • Programme advert • Match day sponsorship • Match ball sponsorship • Player sponsorship Donations; Sometimes individuals or businesses may prefer to donate funds for general or specific use rather than a commercial advertising or sponsorship option. You can decide what the money can be used for; senior football development, junior football development, clubhouse development etc, or you could allow the club to decide the best use for the money that you donate. Benefits for our sponsors • A raised profile in the local community through features in the local papers and announcements in our programme (which also reach away supporters). • A raised profile also achieved through a more national arena through features in local media football related papers/magazines. We also have our fixtures and results scrolling through on the BBC • Acknowledgement of the sponsor’s company name and contribution in club literature, match reports, etc or other features concerning the specific area of sponsorship. • Association with a recognised provider of health and social responsibility promoting recreational activity for youth, outside of the national education system. • Be seen to be actively helping to promote the local area and community, as well as driving money into local sport. Contact Commercial manager Graham Lane for more details on 07966 622323 or Email grahamatllantwit@aol.com

    Accident/Incident Reporting Procedure

The club has introduced a new form to standardise the reporting of accidents and incidents. Managers and coaches will need to use a common sense approach as to when to complete a form. Minor injuries which occur during matches or training do not need to be reported.
If managers do feel the event is sufficiently serious to complete a form then a copy must be forwarded to Graham Lane, Child Welfare Officer, who will advise the manager and club if any further actions should be taken. Full Story
